Deb Koen is the co-author of Career Choice, Change & Challenge (JIST, 2000), the career columnist for the Careers Q & A column for www.careerjournal.com, and primary developer of Career Development Services' customized online career center product, @tlasTM. Koen speaks locally and nationally on career-management issues. Her work on career transitions, outplacement, and retirement has been published in the Career Planning and Adult Development Journal. Koen has a master's in counseling
from Colgate University. |

Melville is Director, Business Services at Career Development Services.
Her consulting, coaching and training activities focus on the design of
innovative services addressing all aspects of employee development and
engagement. She also designs and delivers customized presentations on
topics related to management/leadership development. Sharon
obtained her master's from the University of Rochester and has been active
in the field of career development for over 18 years. |
