Career Development Services is committed to changing this dreary statistic. After carefully examining the barriers to women advancing in the workplace, we developed a powerful series, Woman2Woman: Leadership in Action.

This breakthrough program, with one full-day session each month for eight months, includes access to dynamic female leaders who understand the issues and know the path to successful leadership; personal time with a career coach for individual growth; customized action learning and case studies on real issues; and strategic planning through an individual leadership development plan.
